UMOTOAI and KING OF NUSANTARA SULTAN PASER 18 signing an agreement on September 14, 2026, at the Four Seasons Hotel in Singapore to establish the joint venture KING AI HOLDING PTE LTD.The company will be headquartered and operated in Singapore,with its Gigafactories located in Indonesia.
KIING OF NUSANTARA SULTANPASER 18担任合资公司的主席，UMOTOAI的董事长MR. SUNNY DING，担任合资公司的CEO，MR.GEORG GAN WEN CHI担任合资公司的COO，并且由合资公司承接印度尼西亚政府的5000套政府保障性用房和安居项目，以及建设印度尼西亚政府的新能源交通Go Green计划，以实现印度尼西亚的民生保障用房和绿色能源交通的快速升级。
KING OF NUSANTARA SULTAN PASER 18 will serve as Chairman of the joint venture,MR. SUNNY DING Chairman of UMOTOAI, will assume the role of CEO,and MR. GEORG GAN WEN CHI will serve as COO.The joint venture will undertake the Indonesian government’s project for 5,000 affordable housing units and Economy Housing Project initiatives,as well as develop the government’s new energy transportation “Go Green” program,accelerating the rapid advancement of affordable housing and green energy transportation in Indonesia.
